By accessing or using PixelEstate ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
PixelEstate is a digital advertising platform that allows users to purchase pixel spaces on a shared canvas. Each pixel space is sold on a one-time, permanent basis. Purchased pixels will display your chosen logo, brand name, and website link for as long as the Service remains operational.
All purchases are final. Pixel spaces are sold on a one-time payment basis with no recurring fees. Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change for unpurchased pixels at any time. Once a pixel is purchased, the price is locked and the pixel belongs to the buyer permanently.
All payments are made in USDT (BEP20) via NOWPayments. PixelEstate does not store your payment details. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature — please double-check your payment details before confirming any transaction.
All sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the permanent and digital nature of pixel purchases, and the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency payments, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed. Please review your selection carefully before completing your purchase.
In the rare event of a technical error resulting in a failed pixel assignment, we will either reassign equivalent pixels or issue a full refund at our discretion.
By purchasing a pixel, you agree that the content you upload (logos, brand names, URLs) will not:
PixelEstate reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without prior notice and without refund.
You retain ownership of the logos and content you upload. By uploading content to PixelEstate, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your content on the platform. You represent that you have the right to use and display all content you upload.

PixelEstate is committed to maintaining the Service for a minimum of 1 year from the date of launch. Our intention is to keep the Service running indefinitely, beyond that minimum commitment if the service is thriving. In the event of permanent service termination, users will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email — and no earlier than 1 year after launch.
We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to third-party service outages (Vercel, Supabase, NOWPayments).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelEstate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your pixel purchase.
PixelEstate is not responsible for the content of external websites linked from pixel advertisements. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content or websites.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal action.
